Climate Bridges
Building and Bridging as One for the Earth
Our approach
The future belongs to bridge builders. We can no longer afford a fractured world. Polarization is increasing resulting in our planet and our people falling apart. Through radical collaboration and new ways of seeing, being and doing, we can work together as One team for One planet.
We can address the climate emergency and steer a bright future by unlocking the power of collective action and harnessing the enormous potential for impacts. We can unite and act, going beyond egos, logos and institutional boundaries, beyond North/South divides, beyond gender divides, valuing inclusion and diversity at all levels of decision-making.
Together, WE Build Bridges for the Well-Being Economy and a Thriving Future for People, Planet and Prosperity.

Shaping The Future
-
Real Food Systems
For decades, the so-called progress in our food systems has eroded true food security. Industrial agriculture has made us reliant on high-input, low-resilience systems that are both accelerating climate change and deeply vulnerable to it. We are degrading our soils, losing our pollinators, and increasing the risk of crop failure through monoculture and chemical dependence.
Real Food Systems advocates for a radical shift: the global adoption of agroecology. Not as a niche alternative, but as a transformative approach that regenerates ecosystems, restores soil health, and builds resilient, nutrient-rich food systems that can thrive in a changing climate.

Women Leadership & Youth Empowerment
When women lead, communities thrive. As pioneers of climate solutions and champions of resilience, their full participation is key to systemic transformation.
Through our partnership with the International Gender Champions, we engage leaders committed to advancing gender equality and climate action. At the same time, Be One Mentoring empowers women and aspiring leaders through intergenerational exchange, practical tools, and strong networks — an all-rounded approach that equips the next generation to thrive in sustainability while maintaining balance and wellbeing. -
Well-being Economy
On climate finance, we convene leaders, civil society, and experts to push for stronger regulation and alignment with the Paris Agreement.
Locally, we led three multi-stakeholder dialogues with over 400 participants from 30 partner organizations, building bridges between financial executives, policymakers, and climate activists. We also amplified women’s voices through an open letter signed by more than 200 leaders across Switzerland. Globally, we brought this momentum to COP29 in Baku, sharing policy resources and hosting a Circle of Trust for women and youth from the Global South—strengthening collaboration and impact on finance outcomes.
“As for the future, your task is not to foresee it, but to enable it.”
— Antoine de St-Exupéry
